s&rsquo;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e en trois temps : un renforcement physique pour mettre les corps en condition, un travail \u00e0 deux au bouclier ax\u00e9 sur la puissance et la pr\u00e9cision, puis des techniques de combat et des combats pour conclure en intensit\u00e9.\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Une belle \u00e9nergie collective, toutes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations confondues.\u00a0<\/strong><br
