ENSEIGNEMENT B\u00c9N\u00c9VOLE
\n<\/strong><\/span>La formation de Jeune Assistant F\u00e9d\u00e9ral (JAF) constitue un premier pas dans l\u2019enseignement et l\u2019encadrement de la pratique, qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse d\u2019un jeune licenci\u00e9 par l\u2019\u00e2ge ou d\u2019un pratiquant faisant ses premiers pas dans l\u2019enseignement, en lui permettant de d\u00e9couvrir progressivement le r\u00f4le d\u2019assistant aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un instructeur.<\/p>\n

Cette formation remplace l\u2019AFA avec le m\u00eame contenu de formation.<\/p>\n

OBJECTIFS
\n<\/strong><\/span>\u2013 Initier \u00e0 l’enseignement, aider \u00e0 encadrer des s\u00e9ances de karat\u00e9 et disciplines associ\u00e9es
\n\u2013 Sensibiliser au fonctionnement du club
\n\u2013 Favoriser la pr\u00e9servation de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des pratiquants lors des s\u00e9ances
\n\u2013 Permettre l\u2019acc\u00e8s au dispositif \u00ab jeune coach \u00bb<\/b><\/p>\n

\n\u2013 Avoir 2 licences FFKDA<\/span><\/strong> dont celle de l\u2019ann\u00e9e en cours.

VOLUME DE LA FORMATION<\/strong><\/span>
\nLe volume total de la formation JAF est de 8 heures<\/span><\/strong>, dispens\u00e9es en \u00e9cole de formation.<\/span>
\nIl n\u2019est pr\u00e9vu qu\u2019une seule formule d\u2019organisation sous forme d\u2019une journ\u00e9e de stage.

ENSEIGNEMENT B\u00c9N\u00c9VOLE
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

La formation au Brevet F\u00e9d\u00e9ral d\u2019Animateur (BFA) vise \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir les comp\u00e9tences essentielles pour pr\u00e9parer, encadrer et animer des s\u00e9ances de karat\u00e9 et disciplines associ\u00e9es en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9, tout en s\u2019int\u00e9grant dans la vie du club et l\u2019environnement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral. Le titulaire du BFA intervient en appui de l\u2019instructeur, qu\u2019il assiste dans l\u2019encadrement des pratiquants et auquel il rend compte de ses activit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Il remplace le DAF dans le cadre des \u00e9volutions des formations \u00e0 partir de cette saison, avec le m\u00eame contenu de formation pour cette saison.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

OBJECTIFS<\/strong><\/span>
\n\u2013 Pr\u00e9parer et animer des situations p\u00e9dagogiques adapt\u00e9es aux caract\u00e9ristiques et au niveau des pratiquants ;
\n\u2013 Encadrer la pratique en garantissant la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des pratiquants et le respect des consignes ;
\n\u2013 Assister l\u2019instructeur dans la conduite des activit\u00e9s p\u00e9dagogiques et s\u2019inscrire dans l\u2019organisation de l\u2019enseignement au sein du club ;
\n\u2013 Rendre compte de son activit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019instructeur et contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019adaptation des interventions p\u00e9dagogiques.<\/p>\n

VOLUME DE LA FORMATION<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nLe volume global est de 40 heures<\/span><\/strong> r\u00e9parti en :<\/span>
\n\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u2013 Travail personnel en pr\u00e9formation = 10h00 ;<\/span><\/em>
\n\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u2013 Formation en pr\u00e9sentiel = 20h00 ;<\/span><\/em>
\n\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u2013 Participations F\u00e9d\u00e9rales = 10h00.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Le seul mode d\u2019acc\u00e8s possible est la participation en pr\u00e9sentiel \u00e0 la formation. Le BFA ne peut \u00eatre obtenu par la Validation des Acquis de l\u2019Exp\u00e9rience.<\/span><\/p>\n
